We've built the most convenient home loan service ever!

Here's how it works:

You'll complete our application form. The application will ask you questions about the home and your finances and takes less than 15 minutes to complete. As soon as you've finished the application we'll review your request for prompt approval. You will be required to furnish the following ticked items to help speed the application process:

Mortgage Application Checklist

  • Completed Application Form
  • Most Recent P60(s) or completed Accountants report (if self-employed)
  • 3 Months currents a/c statements
  • 3 recent payslip's
  • Completed Salary Certificate(s)
  • If Re-Mortgaging include most recent mortgage statement
  • Photo Identification (passport or drivers licence) and a utility bill (x 2 if joint application). Copies will suffice
  • Statement of Savings
  • Copy of Separation agreement (if applicable)
  • Statement of existing borrowings (if applicable)

If your application is approved we'll ask you for a deposit to cover the cost of the valuation of your home so that we can begin to process your request immediately.
This deposit will be credited back to first time buyers after closing.

Within 48 hours of receiving your application, a loan advisor will contact you to introduce themselves and to answer any questions you may have. Your loan advisor is a mortgage expert and will provide help and guidance along the way. They'll ask you for any information required to make a decision about your loan.

We'll order the valuation from a licensed valuer who is familiar with home values in your area. Title conveyance will be necessary. We recommend that you appoint a solicitor to act on your behalf. If you have not already appointed one, we can recommend one with whom we have negotiated beneficial rates. We highly recommend that you appoint a solicitor from the outset; this will help to speed the process.

Your loan advisor will keep you informed every step of the way and ensure that your application runs smoothly.

After we receive your application details, the valuation and of course the your completed loan acceptance we'll contact you to schedule your loan closing. If you are purchasing a new home, we'll also schedule the closing with the Auctioneer and the seller.

The closing will take place at the office of the seller's solicitor with your solicitor also present. A few days before closing your loan advisor will contact you to walk through the final information so that there won't be any surprises at closing.
